Return / Pricing Policy

A LEGAL DISCLAIMER

All hardware orders are final with no refunds or returns unless determined to be defective out of the box. All defective out-of-box orders will be handled through our standard RMA process.

  • Returned items must be in original factory packaging.

  • All returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.

  • Shipping charges will not be refunded.

  • Returns without a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number will not be accepted.

  • Human caused failures will not be eligible for replacements.

  • Improperly installed devices will not be eligible for replacements

  • Warranty only terms apply to defection hardware. 


Before returning any merchandise, please fill out our Return Authorization Form and submit it to us to obtain an authorization number. Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday, from 8:00am-5:00pm Eastern. The authorization number we assign should be included on the label of your returned merchandise (see RA form).

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM:


Email customer service at returns@iotdelivered.com with your name, order number, and the defective merchandise you wish to return. You will receive a RA# from a customer service representative.

Please keep returned merchandise in original packaging and enclose a copy of your packing slip.

Please indicate the RA number on the outside of the box where it is visible. Without this RA# the processing of your return may be delayed.

Mail your package back to us as soon as possible and please consider using trackable shipping and insurance.

Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your return merchandise.

We will send you a replacement of the merchandise.

Shipping policy
Our goal is to ship your IOT Delivered item within 24 hours of ordering. During Covid, holiday, weather-related circumstances, and other busy times, your order may be delayed due to circumstances out of our control. If you have special requirements such as signed delivery, please mention so in the comments with your order and we will contact you via email to make arrangements.

M2M Certified Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen deliveries once your order leaves our warehouse. You may track your order according to the mail carrier's tracking information provided. Please check your spam folders for emails pertaining to your order status that may have been directed incorrectly as a result of your email settings. 

PRICING POLICY

All product hardware pricing and yearly subscription service/renewal pricing is subject to change periodically without notice, including additional processing fees/charges.

GPS QUALITY & SERVICE STATEMENT

All SVR Tracking GPS product are uniquely designed for long lasting precision performance, expertly crafted by our in-house veteran wireless design teams. We stand by our top-quality GPS designs with a 3-Year Warranty which offers triple the protection of the industry’s standard 1-year coverage. We provide a premium product along with a premium service and DO NOT offer free multi-year service plans. The first year of service is included into the sales price of all SVR products with an annual service subscription renewal fee due at the end of the yearly service expiration period. The yearly service date timer begins when the device is installed into the vehicle or after 180 days from the initial purchase date. Once a devices yearly expiration period ends, the device will be placed into suspension until the services are renewed. If a device remains in suspension that exceeds 6 months, the device will be permanently deleted from the cellular network by the cellular carrier with which the service is provided and will not be able to be recovered. All product sales are final upon delivery with no refunds or returns with the exception of any out-of-box failures and/or any field failures determined to be defective under our strict Warranty/RMA troubleshooting evaluation policy with which a designated RMA# will be assigned and a like-for-like replacement will be processed if determined to be defective by our in-house. technical support staff, on a case-by-case basis.

 

WE ARE A PREMIUM GPS PRODUCT DESIGN HOUSE AND DO NOT COMPETE WITH THE CHEAPER QUALITY/LOWER PRICED GPS MARKETPLACE THAT OFFERS FREE MULTI-YEAR SERVICE PLANS TO ITS CUSTOMERS. OUR PRODUCTS ARE EXPERTLY DESIGNED FOR LONG LIFE & TOP QUALITY PRECISION PERFORMANCE AND OUR PRICES AND POLICIES ARE SPECIFICALLY STANDARDIZED FOR ALL SVR CUSTOMERS AND SET TO REFLECT THIS QUALITY & SERVICE STATEMENT.

 

THIS MEANS YOU ARE GETTING A PREMIUM HIGH-VALUE QUALITY PRODUCT & SERVICE AT A FAIR MARKET PRICE WITH SUBSTANTIAL PRICING DISCOUNTS APPLIED TO VOLUME ORDERS. ANNUAL RENEWAL PRICING IS NEGOTIABLE ON ORDERS OF 50 UNITS OR MORE.
