Return Policy

A LEGAL DISCLAIMER


Before returning any merchandise, please fill out our Return Authorization Form and submit it to us to obtain an authorization number. Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday, from 8:00am-5:00pm Eastern. The authorization number we assign should be included on the label of your returned merchandise (see RA form).

Returned items must be in original factory packaging.
All returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.
A 20% restocking fee will be charged to your account unless merchandise is exchanged for an item of equal or greater value.
Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Returns without an authorization number will not be accepted.

If you have damaged the item it will be rejected and will not be eligible for return.

 

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM:


Email customer service at returns@iotdelivered.com with your name, order number, the merchandise you wish to return and the reason for your return and you will receive a RA# from a customer service representative.

Please keep returned merchandise in original packaging and enclose a copy of your packing slip.

Please indicate the RA number on the outside of the box where it is visible. Without this RA# the processing of your return may be delayed.

Mail your package back to us as soon as possible and please consider using trackable shipping and insurance.

Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your return merchandise.

We'll refund the price of the merchandise including any taxes you were charged (original shipping charges not refunded) upon receiving the return. Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.

*M2M CERTIFIED is not responsible for any lost returns. We recommend a shipping method with proof of delivery or tracking number.


Shipping policy
Our goal is to ship your IOT Delivered item within 24 hours of ordering. During Covid, holiday, weather-related circumstances, and other busy times, your order may be delayed due to circumstances out of our control. If you have special requirements such as signed delivery, please mention so in the comments with your order and we will contact you via email to make arrangements.

M2M Certified Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen deliveries once your order leaves our warehouse. You may track your order according to the mail carrier's tracking information provided. Please check your spam folders for emails pertaining to your order status that may have been directed incorrectly as a result of your email settings.
