Our Story

 

IoT Delivered was born from more than four decades of leadership in wireless communications, telematics, and digital transformation. What began as a traditional M2M integration company in 2009 has evolved into a fully digital, SEO-driven commerce and consulting platform — uniquely positioned at the intersection of technology, policy, and social responsibility.

 

In 2021, M2M Certified launched its 100% Digital Business Model, uniting the world’s most innovative IoT manufacturers and service providers under one online marketplace. In 2023, the company officially relocated its headquarters to Austin, Texas, cementing its role as a national and international hub for IoT innovation, Smart City solutions, and next-generation infrastructure development.

Kelly Venturini is a 40-year veteran of the wireless and IoT technology industry, recognized for his pioneering work in connecting people, devices, and data responsibly.

As Founder & CEO of M2M Certified Inc., Kelly leads the IoT Delivered platform with a mission to bridge cutting-edge innovation and public accountability. 

 

His recent work includes the development of the On-Ramp / Off-Ramp Internet (ORI) Conceptual Architecture — a groundbreaking framework proposing a user-sovereign, child-safe, and transparent Internet model for the 6G era and beyond.

Under his leadership, M2M Certified and IoT Delivered continue to:

• Advance the responsible integration of IoT and Smart City systems.

• Foster collaboration between global OEMs, developers, and public institutions.
